The inspiration behind my coloured cord interventions is my fascination with found lines in my everyday life. Living in the city the found lines are often man made; paint spill trails or rope left lying on the ground. But lines can be found throughout nature too, walking amongst woods in stormy weather made me notice the fallen branches alongside the trees and the shapes that were made. I have mirrored natures natural lines with my manmade cord lines to bring the two together. We can learn from and respect each other.
